Report on the HIV/AIDS situation in Lithuania

This report assesses the situation of HIV/AIDS in Lithuania in 2004 from a NGO perspective (epidemiological a institutional situation, vulnerable populations, and NGOs working in the HIV/AIDS field).
Even though official studies report few cases of HIV/AIDS in Lithuania, many clues undermine this statement (number of people diagnosed in the advanced stage of AIDS, situation in prisons, etc.). The access to treatments and to anonymous testing appear like priorities.
