This report assesses the situation of HIV/AIDS in Latvia in 2003 from a NGO perspective: background & epidemiological data, organizations/institutions involved in prevention and care, testimonies. It also presents some strategic priorities for the NGO “DIA+LOGS”, Latvian member of the Integration Projects.
