International Drug Policy: An Animated Report

An Animated Report highlights some of the disastrous effects of international drug policy on human rights in recent years and proposes solutions for a way forward. In the run-up to the UN High Level Meeting on drugs in March 2009 - where the future path of international drug policy will be determined - this film seeks to show that in pursuing 'a drug-free world', we in fact do more harm than good.
