Intermediary capacity analysis: a toolkit for assessing and building capacities for high quality responses to HIV and AIDS

This toolkit provides a range of tools for analysing the capacity of intermediary organisations; i.e: those organisations providing financial and/or technical support to grassroots HIV organisations. These may be national or regional NGOs or networks providing support to groups of NGOs and/or CBOs.
