In February 2004 the Dublin Declaration on Partnership to fight HIV/AIDS in Europe and Central Asia was signed, followed by the Vilnius Declaration on Measures to strengthen Responses to HIV/AIDS in the European Union and in Neighbouring Countries in September 2004. On March 12-13 this year, yet another declaration was presented: The Bremen Declaration on Responsibility and Partnership – Together Against HIV/AIDS.
