This multimedia toolkit (with text, photos and video) provides information on how an AIDS vaccine works, and why it is so challenging to develop one. Basic principles of research and development are included, as well as the current status of the global AIDS vaccine research effort. A CD copy can be requested at: pubs@iavi.org
