The Declaration of Commitment on HIV /AIDS, adopted unanimously by the member states of the United Nations in June 2001, is an historic document. International Council of AIDS Service Organizations has prepared this Advocacy Guide to assist NGOs in using the Declaration to enhance the response to HIV/AIDS.
