As part of the ROST project, AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW) is organising Resource mobilisation training for NGOs and community-based organisations working in the field of HIV in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The training will enable participants to learn more about the following:
- effective and potential tools and methods for resource mobilisation in Russia and CIS;
- changes on fundraising market;
- working with professionals in the sphere of fundraising;
- lessons learned in resource mobilisation.
Participation requirements:
- Training expects around 30 participants – one participant from each selected organisation;
- Training participants should have experience in the field of HIV and fundraising;
- We encourage representatives of communities of people living with HIV to participate;
- Organisations should be members of AIDS Action Europe registered not later than from 1 June 2010;
- Training will be held in Russian.
Participants will be able to share experiences, establish new contacts and find potential partners for new initiatives.
