SUNFLOWER: Handbook on the European good practices

SUNFLOWER project classified as a “good practice” the local experiences that had led to a real positive impact in terms of reduction of HIV/AIDS cases among young people in the last five years. Starting from an analysis of the local context and thanks to the project seminars, Sunflower partners have been able to compare and to share the identified good practices in each local context.
