The aim of this manual is to provide peer counsellors with information on building dialogues with people living with HIV, preparing the way for such discussion, delivering information to clients and motivating them to change behaviours. This publication also contains useful information on running self-support groups, consultations on HIV/AIDS, as well as the medical and legal aspects of peer counselling.
