This report analyses the status-quo of prevention, treatment and harm reduction services for people in prisons and in reintegration services for persons on release from prisons. It is based on data on health interventions targeting imprisoned drug users as well as on relevant information included in the national action plans on social inclusion prepared by the Member States.
