This paper is written for volunteers' managers, especially for those working in Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO).

The paper has three chapters. The first one is an introduction to organization management.
The second and the third chapters describe the program for volunteers at the Alaturi de Voi (Close to You) Foundation, as support for managers in implementing an efficient volunteers program within their organizations.
