WHO, UNODC, UNAIDS technical guide for countries to set targets for universal access to HIV prevention, trreatment and care for injecting drug users - 2012 revision

It provides technical guidance to countries on monitoring efforts to prevent and treat HIV infection among people who inject drugs and for setting ambitious but achievable national targets for scaling up towards universal access. In this revision efforts have been made to make the guide more readable, more explanation provided on each of the indicators and guidance on how the indicators may be reported if some data are lacking. The package of evidence-based interventions has not been modified.
