The HIV/AIDS Civil Society Forum has been established by the Commission as an informal working group to facilitate the participation of non-governmental organisations in policy developement and implementation and in information exchange activities. This 3d meeting focused on the German Presidency conference, the evaluation of the Dublin Declaration, human rights, EU policy and IV drug use and guidelines for testing, among others.
