The Civil Society Forum acts as an informal advisory body for the European Think Tank on HIV/AIDS. In this second meeting of the CSF, the first day focused on the review of the Communication to the Council and European Parliament on combating HIV/AIDS within the European Union and in the neighbouring countries 2006-2009. The second day centred on the results of a questionnaire on human rights that was recollected by AIDS Action Europe and EATG.
