The Forum acts as an informal advisory body to the European Think Tank on HIV/AIDS. EATG and AIDS Action Europe co-chair the Forum. This meeting of the CSF focused on new Swiss counselling guidelines on infectiousness and condom use, financing of AIDS programmes in the Eastern region and priorities of the CSF, among others.
