PRAKSIS: 2017 - World AIDS Day

Following the audiovisual work of 2016, we prepared a second video in order to show the development of those 2 experiments. This time people who use drugs under OST programs and members of the transgender community, as employees of PRAKSIS, design and implement the outreach interventions starting with HIV, HCV and HBV testing and linking but also approaching in a holistic way the problems people with limited access to shelter, food, medical, legal and psycho social services face. This year a transgender person has been hired as a focal point to address especially the needs of LGBTQI refugees. On the other hand, access to affordable medicines is still a priority on the advocacy field, gaining in new partnerships and joint press releases.
