Dear Friends and Colleagues,In this newsletter we would like to share our latest activities in 2016 and our upcoming plans for the second half of this year. We have added a new section to the newsletter on the Joint Action on HIV and Co-infection Prevention and Harm Reduction (HA-REACT), which has started in October 2015. AIDS Action Europe is a collabarating partner and is hosting the hareact.eu website. Please pay attention to our legal report on access to health care services for migrants with irregular status, based on legal survey from 10 European countries, which is also uploaded on the HIV/AIDS Clearinghouse.Furthermore, we are once again updating our contact details of members and partners. |
AIDS Action Europe met Serbian stakeholders during its meeting in Belgrade. More than 40 representatives of 20 Serbian NGOs working in the fields of HIV/AIDS prevention have participated in the Stakeholder meeting on 12th of April 2016. Among them - representatives of NGOs work with women living with HIV, key population like LGBT, sex workers, Roma youth, drug users and organisations working in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights from Belgrade and Novy Sad.Read more

the first half of the year 2016 – like the Steering Committee Meeting in
Belgrade, Serbia, the latest discussions of the HIV/AIDS Civil Society Forum
and our work on the NGO Delegation to the UNAIDS PCB. Additionally, we like to
inform you about our plans and upcoming activities for the second half of the
year like the upcoming events of our working groups which are the Affordability
WG, CBVCT and the Member Meeting planned to take place in Berlin in November 5,

Accessing HIV prevention, testing, treatment care and support in Europe as a migrant with irregular
status in Europe
|

In the 2014-2015 project phase the European HIV Legal Forum produced a comparative legal report based on legal survey from 10 European countries (France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland,
Serbia, Spain and the United Kingdom). The legal report also includes a
collection of main international regulations in favour of the right to
healthcare, leading European laws related to the right to healthcare and
