by R.A. Coutinho, M.J. Gras, A. van den Hoek, L.C.W. Wiggers, J.B.F. de Wit

This study assessed sexual risk behaviour and determinants of condom use among migrants in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Data were collected from a community sample of Surinamese, Antillean and sub-Saharan African heterosexual men and women. Perceived behavioural control and subjective norms regarding condom use were main social-cognitive determinants of consistent condom use.
