Estonia is one of the European countries with the most severe HIV problem. This report assesses the situation of HIV/AIDS in Estonia in 2004 from a NGO perspective and encourages the government to anticipate the end of Global Fund grants. It covers the current epidemic situation and HIV spread (IDUs and their sexual partners, mother to child, prison).
