This is the report of the inter-country consultation that aimed to share experiences, lessons learned and best practices at regional level, through identifying and documenting the needs related with HIV/AIDS and drug use and through promoting the HIV prevention and specific treatment services for most at risk adolescents (MARA) priorities in the Balkans.
