This webinar explores how chemsex responses are organised and delivered across different national contexts, drawing on examples from community organisations across Europe. It offers practical insights into service design and delivery, and reflects on what works within diverse policy and funding environments.

Key topics include: how services function in practice, how they integrate with broader health and social care systems, how inclusivity and integration are addressed, and which advocacy and service delivery models are applied at a local level.

The webinar features case studies from three countries:

• Spain – a public policy response to chemsex
• Berlin – a peer-led, integrated and low threshold model
• Romania – service provision in a restrictive context with limited funding
