The 22nd International AIDS Conference (#AIDS2018) will be held on 23-27 July 2018 and is expected to bring together some 18,000 participants from around the world.
The European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) and AIDS Action Europe (AAE) are organising the European NGO booth at the World AIDS 2018 Conference in Amsterdam. It will be located at the Global Village, the dedicated community networking and presentation space of the Conference. Activities can take place from 23 to 27 July 2018.
We are happy to invite organisations and activists in Europe and Central Asia to present, discuss, share and learn at European NGO booth at the world AIDS 2018 Amsterdam conference. The theme of the booth will be the dialogue and cooperation between NGOs and policy makers, parliament and other government institutions (national, international) to bring about positive changes in the response to HIV, TB and viral Hepatitis. Activities at the booth can be good practice presentations, project presentations, exhibitions etc.
Please make sure that if you apply to this call that your contribution is relevant either for the WHO region or its member countries or regions (networks).

Please note that we cannot provide any funding or financial assistance for the implementation of your project. We can help you with securing the necessary infrastructure such as projector, pins, chairs, screens etc. We cannot guarantee that your project will be hosted by or implemented at the NGO booth. It depends on the schedule and the available resources.
