The given report comes as the result of the project „Hepatitis C: Hesitation is Dangerous!”, accomplished in 2011 by the Society „Association HIV.LV”, with the financial support of the Foundation „Open Society Institute”. The report should not be viewed as a professional research; its aims were to collect the factual data, to identify problems and to search for solving suggestions, and also to propose eventual advocacy directions.

2011 NGO Programme Coordinating Board Report focusing on legal issues and HIV responses builds upon the work of the 2009/2010 PCB Reports. As the NGO Delegation works to represent the needs of its civil society, this PCB Report is based on a series of focus group discussions with civil society structured around understanding the personal experiences of those involved, difficulties encountered and solutions needed in order to increase access to HIV prevention, treatment, care&support services.

HIV-related Stigma: Late Testing, Late Treatment
A cross analysis of findings from the People Living with HIV Stigma Index in Estonia, Moldovia, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine.
Chlamydia is the most commonly reported bacterial sexually transmitted infection in Europe. The objective of the Screening for Chlamydia in Europe project was to describe current and planned chlamydia control activities in Europe.
Toolkit meant for grassroot NGOs, especially minority organisations, to empower them with skills like political lobbying, fundraising, networking, effective media relationships etc. Consists of 4 parts. Also in French and German.  
The new EU strategy focuses on three key areas: 1) HIV prevention and HIV testing, 2) priority groups most at risk – in particular men having sex with men (MSM), injecting drug users (IDU) , and migrants from high prevalence areas - and 3) priority regions (Russian Federation, Eastern European Neighbourhood Policy area (ENP) countries).
Report consisting of three different sub-parts, namely: Mental Health and HIV/AIDS Services, Stigma and Discrimination against People living with HIV, Rapid Assessment of Mental Health Problems among PLHIV-IDU.
