This second meeting of the CSF focused on the review of the Communication from the Commission to the Council and European Parliament on combating HIV/AIDS within the European Union and in the neighbouring countries 2006-2009, and the results of a questionnaire on human rights and HIV/AIDS that was recollected by AIDS Action Europe and EATG, among others.
