Unite for Universal Access: all official documents and statements for the High Level Meeting on AIDS

We are less than one month away from the High Level Meeting (HLM). There have been discussions around how to make all the documents for the HLM easily accessible to civil society members as well as the many statements and position papers that came out of the Universal Access consultations. We need all of this as we continue to lobby before and during the HLM.

The NGO PCB Delegation has kindly offered their website to act as a place holder for all of these important documents. This will also ensure that we have a record of all the documents that informed or were part of civil society advocacy around the HLM. The page includes:

1. Previous declarations
2. Documents that analyze the declarations
3. Documents that we have access to that will be used by Member States in the negotiations
4. Information notes etc issued by the OPGA around the HLM
5. Advocacy alerts around the HLM and documents that can provide more coordination to civil society around the HLM
6. Documents or statements, position papers or declarations that have come out of the regional consultations or that are constituency specific and been adopted by human rights based groups
