In 2007 organization is implementing a substitution therapy advocacy project. Project goal – expansion of ST services and access to ST through the territory of the state: possibility to get ST through primary health care centers by general practitioners. Office of the organization is already working in Kaunas, and it hopes to establish an office in Klaipeda. Currently the main goal is to develop self-help groups for HIV positive IDUs, provide support in access to testing and ARVs, in forming of adherence to treatment and further education.

Exchange of experience on work with HIV positive IDUs, with members of methadone program, on work in courts. Organization has expertise on various topics – advocacy, development of NGOs, community mobilization, substitution therapy, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, training experience.

Access to ARV treatment for HIV positive IDUs, trainings within STEP program in Vilnius office; 2 trainings for doctors and social workers at Vilnius center for addictive disorders; research on access to qualitative services for IDUs in 5 cities of the country; legal help and public defence at courts.
