Schorer is looking for partners in Europe and Central Asia to assist them in developing and conducting prevention programmes that reduce HIV/STI infections among MSM, WSW and Transgenders. Three pillars of this Schorer Approach are health promotion, mainstreaming and capacity strengthening: elements that are complementary and intertwined.
A novel approach developed in close cooperation with partners in developing countries and countries-in-transition. Aim of this Schorer Approach is to assist partners in the development and conduct of programmes that reduce HIV/STI infections among MSM, WSW and Transgenders. This approach has three pillars: health promotion, mainstreaming and capacity strengthening.
