Our organisation hopes to consolidate efforts of stakeholders, local and international organisations to counteract HIV/AIDS, reduce stigma and discrimination towards PLHIV and improve social and psychological condition of our target group. And since we are expanding our programme areas and increasing the coverage of target groups, our organisation needs to improve and strengthen its capacities. Participation in trainings, exchange of experience, studying new methods and techniques of work with the target group would help us raise effectiveness of our work.
Our organisation can organise study tours for partner organisations and share our experiences.
Since the start of our work, we have implemented more than 15 projects aimed at HIV and drug use prevention. We have launched projects on healthy lifestyles, water sanitation and client management for vulnerable groups. Our organisation holds weekly community groups. With our help, representatives of the PLHIV community have established an official organisation that was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Tajikistan. Currently they are implementing their own project as part of the CARHAP programme.
