The fact that 30 countries do not stand back from deporting PLWHA or asking them to leave the country if HIV and AIDS are found in them is frightening. We fight for the basic right of traveling freely. These barriers are discriminatory and perpetuate and reinforce the stigma already faced by people living with HIV.
We concentrate on eliminating the HIV travel restrictions and we publish detailed info on traveling with HIV such as tips and great destinations/retreats for HIV positive travelers.
We publish on our website the direct and blunt opinions of HIV+ travelers rather than guidelines and official recommendations.
