Social office "Ark" was established. Its work aims at social assistance of clients and HIV prevention among sex workers, IDUs, inmates, youth and people, living with HIV. We established the only rehabilitation centre for women in crisis (for sex workers and ex-convicts) in Kazakhstan. Outreach team is operating, a partner network developed. A team of qualified professionals has been set up.
