Strengthening, developing a stronger, more effective "Health and social well-being" program of GDM; put in practice the GIPA principle; strengthening the positive prevention (MSM); exchange among NGOs on good practices and lessons learned related to HIV and AIDS (among MSM) to a more effective response to the HIV epidemic; financial support.

During last 5 years GENDERDOC-M was a part of PRECIS project. The PRECIS Programme (2006-2011) aims at combating the spread of HIV/AIDS and other STI amongst LGBT in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, and Ukraine via capacity building of LGBT organizations; empowerment of LGBT communities; HIV/AIDS prevention campaigns focused on sexual minorities; monitoring and research of sexual behavioral practices and the extent of HIV/AIDS awareness among sexual minorities; lobby and advocacy for LGBT inclusive HIV/AIDS and other STIs prevention policies. It is important to note that GENDERDOC-M in this project was not only a national partner but also a regional partner of COC Netherlands, a resource center for other organizations.

After the 5 years of work within the "PRECIS" project, GENDERDOC-M can be proud with its professional, dedicated and sharing common values core-team, which are the main reason to consider the organization sustainable. The important role in the organization sustainability plays the permanent work with human resources (including volunteers). The added value to the organization’s sustainability is that the organization has its own office, which makes the organization less dependent on the funding, and allows more activities with the community.
