Being a member of AIDS Action Europe will provide us a possibility to establish partnerships with European organizations for experience exchange and development of more effective prevention programs to fight HIV among most vulnerable groups, particularly men having sex with men (MSM).
Staff of the organization is experienced in working with vulnerable to HIV groups, in particular with MSM. Therefore we can share experiences about prevention activities, also epidemiological, behavioral and psychological research among MSM.
In spite of discriminative attitude of the society the organization managed to gain trust among MSM community, and consequently prevention activities (information, means of prevention, voluntary counseling and testing) became accessible for this group. Also organization managed to involve volunteers from MSM community who are outreach workers and provide peer-to-peer education.
