To increase professionalism of the staff, to expand the field of action, to strengthen organizational capacity, to introduce new technologies on work with target groups.
The employees consist of specialists with higher education (medical, social work, psychology). We are knowledgeable of how to carry out training work with target groups, aware of drug use problems.
On the basis of the Republican Centre we have a functioning volunteer team; we provide peer counselling; we teach IDUs social skills, legal literacy, we are planning to start providing social support services for former IDUs. We provide services on drug use and HIV/AIDS prevention in educational institutions.
