We look forward to sharing experience with other non-governmental organizations; opportunity to increase knowledge and achieve more effective results of our work; opportunity to make our goals and voice heard to the key leaders at the European level, as well as become part of the European civil society.
We can share our experience in prevention work and HIV services in small towns. We are always ready to participate in decision-making and actions!
We started as an initiative group of the All-Ukrainian Network of PLHIV in 2007 and in the end of 2008 we received a legal status. In 2009 ICF “Let Your Heart Beat” reached the level of All-Ukrainian Network representation and we started to implement our own projects on care and support. There were no such services in Novograd-Volynsky, thus our organization remains an undeniable leader in the sphere of HIV-service in the city.
