 29 people with disabilities working as employees in the 3 sheltered units, Util Deco. The sheltered units are social economy structures developped and sustained by Alaturi de Voi Romania Foundation.  The ability to offer a comprehensive package of services in the field of HIV/AIDS (care and support; education; prevention; advocacy) and medical assistance in partnership with medical institutions in the field;  National acknowledgement of programs such as: Foster care for HIV-positive children, the Youth Club and the network of volunteers.
