This year’s MSMGF Pre-Conference at AIDS 2012 is shaping up to be the most exciting one yet! Reflecting the achievements of MSM and transgender advocates around the world, as well as the challenges ahead, the theme of this year’s Pre-Conference will be:
"From Stigma to Strength: Strategies for MSM, Transgender People and Allies in a Shifting AIDS Landscape"
More than 600 activists, researchers, implementers, and donors have already registered! With registrants representing over 100 different countries – nearly 60% from the Global South - this summer’s event will offer unprecedented opportunities for global information exchange, networking and collaboration.
Because of the high level of interest in the Pre-Conference, the MSMGF is currently at maximum capacity and has begun implementing a wait list. Those interested in attending can sign up for the waitlist on the MSMGF website, and the MSMGF will begin notifying waitlisted registrants about available space on May 1st.
