Community based organizations and their services have good access to key populations. Academic and research institutions have the capacity to collect and analyse data that can be used for identifying epidemiological trends and in policy development. The symposium provides a platform for discussion on existing good practices and to addresses barriers in cross sectional collaboration.

Symposium on Cooperation in Community Based Voluntary Counselling and Testing: good practices and obstacles will take place on Wednesday, 26 October during lunch break from 12:15 – 13:30 at HIV Glasgow 2016 . The Symposium will consist of 3 panel presentations and discussion.
