Our sponsors are essential in reaching our mission to bring together civil society to work towards a more effective response to the HIV epidemic in Europe and Central Asia.
We are delighted to receive support from:
- European Commission (This website arises from the project 2012 32 01 SANL_FY2013, which has received funding from the European Union, in the framework of the Health Programme)*;
- ViiV Healthcare's Positive Action Programme;
Their financial support means not only a financial but also a moral endorsement of our work to us. On behalf of the AIDS Action Europe Office and members, we would like to thank them for their support and encouragement.

As a civil society partnership we depend on grants and contributions from individuals; foundations; and public & private organisations. Without this support, we would not be able to exist!
We welcome your financial contributions and are looking forward to work with you to build a fruitful relationship. Civil society organisations are internationally recognised and valued for the wide range of knowledge, skills and experience they bring to the HIV/AIDS response – also in Europe and Central Asia. From the start, we have worked to bring together all this valuable knowledge and expertise and have grown to be one of the largest civil society networks in the region. Therefore, by supporting us, you could make a real difference.
We will be pleased to inform you on our work and our current funding. Our core activities are advocate for policy change on behalf of our members, establish more effective links and relationships among stakeholders and to create an opportunity to learn. These three are interconnected. Through advocacy on a global, European, and national level, we influence policy development. Our role as co-chair of the Civil Society Forum ensures that the voices of NGO’s are heard by policy makers. Through establishing more effective links and relationships among stakeholders and creating an opportunity to learn, we facilitate an exchange of experience, knowledge and inspiration between our members in the wider European and Central Asian region. One of our key mechanisms to facilitate this is our HIV/AIDS Clearinghouse: the central database on HIV and AIDS for our region.
Please contact Michael Krone to discuss the sponsor opportunities.
