In the frame of EU-funded project BORDERNETwork exchange and capacity building is reinforced among NGOs active in prevention measures in migrants/ethnic minorities (Roma). The survey report compiles good practice models and methods from 6 EU and 2 NON-EU countries from CEE and SEE, to be followed by a manual on effective community-based interventions in 2012.
